Special Needs Trust

You may have a person with special needs to whom you would like to give assets. This can be problematic because gifts or bequests may terminate essential government benefits. A Special Needs Trust allows assets to be placed in trust for non-essential needs such as travel, a special equipped vehicle, better living accommodations, and a host of other nonessential products and services without disqualifying the beneficiary from receiving government benefits.
